Ghassan joined Multiforms in 2005 as Technical Manager and was soon promoted to Commercial Director. Ghassan has a Mechanical Engineering Degree and has been in the facade ind ustry for over 10 years. He is an expert in technical and structural designs, commercial management and technical resource management. He has multi disciplined experience covering hotels, high rise towers, shopping malls, universities in the UAE, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UK.

Shane Devlin- Contract/ Quantity Surveying Manager

Shane has over 23 years of experience in contract management, evaluations, variations, sub- contract appointment and payment, tenders, procurement, invoicing, preparing post termination costs and final accounts. He joined the Multiforms' Team in 2006 and has been an integral cog of all our projects since that time. Christopher has a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics.

Paul Haslam- Business Development Manager

Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has specialized in project management and in particularly facades since 1993. Paul started in curtain walling in 1994 with Schmidlin UK and was responsible for delivering some of the UK's most prestigious façade projects including Terminal 5, the National Westminster Tower and Stansted Airport. Paul has worked for some of Europe’s premier curtain walling companies including Permasteelisa and Kyotec in senior management roles and is now looking to develop Multiforms branding in the UAE, Middle East and Europe over the next 2 to 3 years.

Dr. Dieter Hegen- Technical Director

Dieter holds a PHD in Chemical Engineering and has amassed 30 years of experience in the façade industry with a focus on curtain wall and glazing. During his career he has been deeply involved in the design and techinical management of many prestigious projects in Eurpoe, China, Singapore, Malaysia and the USA. He has joined Multiforms in June 2011.

Firas Kamel Issa- Commercial Manager

Firas brings to Multiforms over 14 years of commercial experience in the facade, steel, glass and aluminium industries, along with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to his career with Multiforms he has worked for major industry players including Josef Gartner & Co., Emirates Glass and Al Reem Aluminium. He brings his expertise and knowledge to his role with Multiforms and is also an expert in Sales and Marketing.

Christiaan Louis Lombard- Project Manager

Christiaan is a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer with broad experience in project management, consultancy and mechanical design and he has worked in construction, production and commissioning environments. He has been with Multiforms since 2008 and for the 10 years prior to that has worked on many major projects in the UK, Ireland, South Africa and across the Middle East. He has a wealth of experience in healthcare, telecoms, oil & gas, industrial, education and retail sectors.

Liam O Suilleabhain- Operations Manager

Liam has projected managed many blue chip developments in the UK and the Middle East including the Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, the British Embassy, Ireland and Vauxhall Cross, London. He has over 20 years of solid, ground breaking experience having worked on award winning projects for companies including Schmidlin UK, Exterior Profile and Al Abbar Aluminium. He joined Multiforms in 2010, bringing with him his expertise in multi- project management, contract management and production planning.

Katia Pastro- Commercial Manager

Katia joined Multiforms in 2010, having spent 8 years with façade giants, Permasteelisa, in Italy. Katia has a background in Business Management and was a member of the senior management team at Permatseelisa Interiors- taking the company from small beginnings to a 150M AED per annum division, servicing prestigious clients such as Louis Vuitton, Bally, Armani and Brooks Brothers. Katia heads up the commercial office in Multiforms and is responsible for all the tendering activities of the Group.

Iain Peters- Senior Planning Department Manager

Iain has BSc (Hons) degree in Engineering Business Development and is originally from the UK. He joined the Multiforms team in 2010. Prior to this he worked in the UK for Josef Gartner & Co. and Lindner Schmidlin Facades and brings with him the experience of working on such major projects as The Pinnacle, London; RiverBank House, London; Heathrow Terminal 5, London and St. Paul’s Square, Liverpool amongst many others.
